Healthcare Providers

Despite the relatively low prevalence and decreasing incidence of gastric cancer in Canada, the disease is devastating for affected patients who are often not diagnosed until advanced stages. The lack of concise information on gastric cancer management can be an understandable source of frustration for patients and healthcare providers alike.

The Canadian Gastric Cancer Association (CaGCA) provides a platform for researchers and clinicians to access relevant research and share information with the goal of improving patient outcomes across the board. The CaGCA is an affiliate chapter of the International Gastric Cancer Association. Find out more about our organization HERE.
